The PINK has been hit with a lawsuit claiming she cheated her ex producers from her debut album out of $36k in royalties.

A company called Specialists Entertainment filed docs in NYC last month, claiming the PINK signed a deal with them, and Thunderstone Productions, to produce on her debut album back in 1999.

According to the suit, the two companies agreed to split producers’ royalties 50-50 … before cranking out 2 mp3s, CAN’T TAKE ME HOME and HICCUP for the she-popper.

The LP went on to sell 5 million copies and SE claim the royalties they agreed to never showed up and are now suing the PINK for $36,213.31, the remainder of the unpaid royalties.

A rep for the she-popper has claimed it ain’t her probz cause .. “Sony are responsible for paying the producers.”

The PINK uses $36k for toilet roll so I’m sure it’ll be fine.

However, I don’t know much about how the legal system works but wouldn’t you have filed this suit back in the days ?!
