The DAVE GROHL has claimed grunge music has never died.

The FOO FIGHTERS frontman was asked by a fan, who goes by the name of ConumdrumSteve on Reddit if “Grunge will ever make a comeback?”

To which Grohl replied ..

If you mean loud ass guitars, loud ass drums, and screaming ass vocals? That never went away ding dong.

As much as I love it, and highly rotate it on the walk to work, grunge is dead and dated – it will always be a 90′s thing.

Saying that, I bet the NOVOSELIC runs a soft grunge Tumblr.
