The MENOMENA were me fave mid-noughties outfit, via their debut album, I AM THE FUN BLAME MONSTER, and that spectacular official follow-up, FRIEND AND FOE.

Then two years ago along came their disappointing (sorry) folk-likey (sorry) album, MINES, which put me right off them. The disappointment then kept following with three pigeons making their way into my house on the eve of their concert, resulting me in not going to their concert as I had to clear up their poop.

And then, last year, the BRENT KNOPF announced that he was quitting the band, to further pursue other projects including his successful solo output, the RAMONA FALLS.

Now the Portland duo have revealed that album number five, MOMS, is set to come in our ears later this year alongside a tour for our American eyes.
